Welcome to Pack Animal ("App", "Service", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Pack Animal application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use Pack Animal. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are between 13 and 18 years of age, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
To use Pack Animal, you must create an account using one of the following methods: Apple Sign-In, Google Sign-In, or email registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Pack Animal is designed for general informational and tracking purposes only. The App does NOT provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Nutritional information, calorie calculations, and health recommendations are estimates based on publicly available data and user-provided inputs (including the Mifflin-St Jeor equation for TDEE).
You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before making any significant changes to your diet, exercise routine, or health regimen. Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information provided by Pack Animal.
By uploading content to Pack Animal (including meal photos, profile images, and food descriptions), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. You retain ownership of your content.
You agree not to upload content that is illegal, offensive, infringing on third-party rights, or otherwise violates these Terms.
If you choose to connect Pack Animal with Apple HealthKit, we may read and write health-related data such as dietary energy, macronutrient intake, and body measurements. HealthKit data is processed locally on your device and is not sold, shared with third parties for advertising, or used for purposes unrelated to providing the Service. Our use of HealthKit data complies with Apple's HealthKit guidelines.

All content, features, and functionality of the Pack Animal app (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software) are owned by Patronyk LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any reason at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings screen in the App. Upon account deletion, your data will be permanently removed from our servers as described in our Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pack Animal and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or personal injury.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms within the App. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
